To participate in the IOSPO Olympiad, all students must complete their registration fee payment through their assigned coordinator before approval. Coordinators are responsible for collecting and submitting payments to IOSPO's designated bank account.

Bulk medal orders for institutions must be processed by coordinators before final submission.
Individual winners may purchase medals through the designated request system.
