1.1 The International Online Subject and Project Olympiad (IOSPO) is a globally recognized competition designed to promote academic excellence, research innovation, and intellectual development.
1.2 All students, institutions, and coordinators must adhere to the official registration and application processes outlined in this regulation.
1.3 Only verified institutions and appointed coordinators may register participants for IOSPO — self-registration is not permitted.
2.1 Participants must be actively enrolled in an educational institution (Kindergarten, School, High School, or University).
2.2 Each participant must be registered through an assigned coordinator—direct student registration is not allowed.
2.3 Olympiad participation is categorized based on academic level, ensuring appropriate competition divisions.
2.4 Coordinators will distribute official blank registration forms to eligible students.
2.5 Students must complete registration manually, providing:

2.6 Registration fees must be paid to the assigned coordinator—students cannot submit payments directly.
2.7 Coordinators must collect participant fees and transfer the total amount to IOSPO's official bank account before the Olympiad.
2.8 Once payment is confirmed, students receive an official confirmation and participation ID from their coordinator.
2.9 Late registration requests will only be accepted in exceptional cases, subject to IOSPO committee approval.
2.10 Changes to registered subjects must be requested at least 7 days before the Olympiad date — no changes will be allowed after this period.
3.1 Only educators, administrators, or experienced competition facilitators may apply as official IOSPO coordinators.
3.2 Applicants must be formally recognized by their educational institution and hold relevant academic credentials.
3.3 Schools and universities must provide official approval for coordinator appointment through an endorsement letter, seal, and signature.
3.4 Coordinators must complete an official application form, provided by IOSPO, and submit the following:

3.5 The IOSPO Board will review applications before granting official coordinator status.

4.1 Only schools and universities with verified institutional status may host IOSPO Olympiad events.
4.2 Institutions must provide an official endorsement letter, stamp, and authorized signature confirming participation.
4.3 Institutions must renew verification annually to remain eligible for Olympiad hosting privileges.
